didn't let us know (by responding to either of the email I sent her-- including the one where I told her that, according to housing rules, she can't move in until January 2nd because she hasn't paid for any of the time before then) before her parents and siblings came, deposited 12+ boxes of stuff in our kitchen filling it half full of some stranger's crap, and expected to receive a key, but were vocally disappointed and bugged when Brittany said they couldn't have one because WE STILL HAVE A ROOMMATE LIVING HERE WHO HAS PAID FOR HER TIME HERE. No resentment here though, obviously.
